There are various ways you can prevent acquiring gout. Following the dietary remedy above is one major plus factor since one of the precipitating factors with the greatest contribution is poor diet. Poor diet means that a diet high in uric acid is being followed. Such diet consists of pig’s liver and other organ foods, brewer’s yeast, mushrooms, and sardines. Therefore, avoiding consuming foods like these can really help avoid acquiring gouty arthritis and can be considered a good gout remedy.
Drinking 8 to 10 glasses a day, no matter how basic it may sound, is still the best way to hydrate yourself and to prevent too much accumulation of uric acid. Moreover, keeping self hydrated promotes good elimination of body wastes, including uric acid, by means of urination making it a good gout remedy. Moreover, alcoholic beverages should be avoided. Alcohol causes the body to retain urate which contributes greatly to accumulation of uric acid in the body. Alcoholic beverages contain Brewer’s yeast which, as mentioned above, contains high levels of uric acid. Lastly, a sedentary lifestyle can worsen gout. Hence, maintaining an active lifestyle by making it a hobby to exercise helps reduce uric acid levels and, therefore, leads you away from gout.

Having a strong body doesn’t mean that you will have to take for granted having a well-balanced diet and lifestyle because you’ll end up preparing gout remedies. Gouty arthritis, often termed as metabolic arthritis in the field of medicine, is a type of arthritis that commonly results from the accumulation of too much uric acid in the blood stream – a condition derived from high uric acid diet and sedentary lifestyle. The accumulation will result to the escaping of the uric acid from the blood stream into the articulate cartilage of the joints, tendons and other surrounding tissues. Hence, this will result to the hallmark signs of gouty arthritis – presence of pain and swelling around the joints – and these requires effective gout remedies.
Hello Friend:
Seeing my complete confusion, the doctor explained to me that Gout has plagued mankind for several centuries, once being related to over-indulgence of rich foods and alcoholic beverages at the table. However the advancements in medical research have shown that gout is not limited to people who over eat nor is it limited to just men. The truth is that anyone, male or female can be affected by this condition which is a form of arthritis.
The idea of taking prescription drugs that did not deal with the root of the problem didn’t make any sense to me: there had to be a better way to deal with this condition. When I started looking for answers, I found more than a few “experts” who stated that there was no cure for Gout. But I refused to believe them. If the level uric acid in my body was the main factor that triggered these gout attacks, I needed to find a way to bring these levels down.
